NEZ: From a shared vision to systemic change
On 3 August 2026, NEZ experts and partners met in Warsaw and online to review the work completed so far and develop ideas for reforming Poland’s healthcare system together.

We presented the work. We opened the discussion
The meeting provided a platform to present NEZ’s work to date: the vision of a self-improving healthcare system, the architecture of eight reform directions and the path from diagnosing system pressures to recommendations that support public decision-making.
Open discussion was at the heart of the meeting. Participants at AZ Forum and those joining online contributed questions, experience and proposals that will help shape the next stages of NEZ’s work.
