Integrated Data Infrastructure
A system cannot learn without reliable information. Data should support care for an individual patient, population health management, research and accountable public decisions.
A SYSTEMS PERSPECTIVE
Fragmented registers and inconsistent definitions make it difficult to assess quality, access and cost. Integration does not require one vast database; it requires shared standards, reliable identifiers, agreed quality and secure rules for access.
NEZ connects clinical, analytical and institutional perspectives. Data infrastructure should make it possible to measure the whole patient pathway and outcomes while respecting individual rights, purpose limitation and data minimisation.
